If you're unable to make a payment, it could be that your credit card expired or is out of funds. You could try adding another credit card by following these instructions:

1. Login to Oxyelabs
2. Go to Payment Methods
3. Click Add Payment Method and add another card you have
4. Go to My Subscription
5. Click Pay
